John Silverstein is the Founder and CEO of Liv Data, a finance and decision intelligence firm helping growth-minded companies run, transform, and scale their finance organizations with clarity and confidence.John brings deep, hands-on experience across accounting operations, FP&A, systems integration, and CFO advisory, with a career focused on turning complex, fragmented finance environments into disciplined, insight-driven operating engines. He has led finance transformations across multi-entity, multi-currency organizations, supporting executives, boards, and lenders through periods of rapid growth, restructuring, and operational change.At Liv Data, John sits at the intersection of finance leadership and modern technology—pairing strong controllership and operational rigor with AI-enabled decision intelligence. His work emphasizes fast, reliable closes; forward-looking financial insight; and finance teams that are built to support real business decisions, not just reporting requirements.

Lawrence Quartaro

Partner & Executive Director

Lawrence Quartaro is a Partner and Executive Director at Liv Data, bringing more than 30 years of senior finance leadership across corporate finance, controllership, treasury, and complex financial transformations.Most recently, Larry served as Vice President of Finance, Global Controller, and Treasurer at XR (Extreme Reach), where he oversaw global accounting operations, technical accounting, and cash flow management across a multi-entity, international organization. He is known for building strong, scalable finance functions that support growth while maintaining disciplined controls.Earlier in his career, Larry was Managing Partner and CFO at Drake Star Partners, advising on mergers and acquisitions within the technology, media, and communications sectors. He also spent 14 years at GE Capital, where he led large-scale financial reorganizations, legal entity simplification initiatives, and portfolio oversight—contributing to meaningful cost reductions and operational efficiencies. He began his public-company leadership career as CFO and Controller of Promotions.com, successfully guiding the company through its IPO.At Liv Data, Larry leads finance transformation initiatives with a focus on close acceleration, controllership excellence, risk management, and building finance teams that can scale with confidence.

Tanvi Sanjeev Kadam

AI & Data Solutions Consultant

Tanvi is Liv Data’s AI and Data Consultant, where she designs and delivers end-to-end AI and data solutions from discovery and prototyping through development, integration, deployment, and ongoing support. She works directly with clients to translate business challenges into practical solutions, including AI assistants, intelligent dashboards, workflow automations, and reporting platforms.

Tanvi brings broad experience across quality assurance, data analytics, and AI engineering, giving her a strong foundation in both data integrity and the practical application of AI. Her career has progressed from ensuring data quality, to translating complex data into business insights and decisions, to designing and building AI-enabled solutions that improve how organizations work.

With experience in fast-moving startup environments, Tanvi is comfortable taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and working across technical and business teams to move solutions from concept to production. She holds an MS in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from Northeastern University.

Andrew Clark

Business Development

Andrew Clark works in Business Development at Liv Data, supporting the firm's growth across client development, strategic partnerships, project management, marketing, and internal initiatives. He works closely with Liv Data's leadership team to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, manage cross-functional projects, and support the systems and processes behind the firm's continued growth. Andrew brings an entrepreneurial background shaped by founding and developing early-stage ventures and holding leadership roles within Northeastern University's startup ecosystem. He has worked with founders across a range of industries, helping evaluate new ventures, develop ideas, and connect entrepreneurs with resources to grow. At Liv Data, Andrew combines this entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience across business development, project management, AI, and technology, helping drive internal initiatives, expand the firm's presence, and build relationships with finance leaders, executives, and growing organizations.
